I am not far enough in to know what the swarm is...just some suspicious noises in the ocean and strange behavior from the whales

you can find it via "MediathekViewWeb" that carries media of public german TV stations:

this searches for the german title, "der schwarm," but english versions are available too. no idea where you are, and if this service is available from there.

[edit: while living in india i used to access german public TV via a proxy connection; worked quite well.]
