I have this old book printed in 1907. The govenor of PR wrote the section on PR. I find it amazing that it has many color prints and maps. Maybe that was trivial in 1907?

According to the author, the USG had the same plans for Cuba and Dominican Republic, which were also 'won' in the Spanish American war.
