That's amusing, was watching Rand Paul interview on Face The Nation. He was going on about shutting down DOE and the host mentioned that his state ls one of thr top recipients of DOE funding... 2 billion annually. How is he going to make up the lost funding? According to him his state (Kentucky) doesn't need money, they just need good teachers. Then he went on to say that he has a vision of this group of super star teachers teaching kids nationwide. Host said hold up, who's going to manage that?
Sounds like Senator Paul could get rid of some waste by resigning.
