I know the area around that part of the state, family around there. I love the smell of burning coal in the winter but I think that girl in the article is right on about solar power. Article says West Virgina is the 49th state rated by energy costs, the guy representing the handful of people who want to get rich says the problem is they need more coal and less gas/other.
Maybe they should put a coal production factory over there in Mar a lardo since its so clean and natural.
