Sounds like Aruba all over again. I've been to third world resorts during spring break. So have you. There's always a group of local men following the same pattern. Hanging out at the bar until the wee hours and hitting up on the girls that are the most wasted and plying them with even more shots of liquor and trying to get them alone somewhere. Most of these encounters will never be reported because the girl doesn't remember. I couldn't even guess how many occurrences of non-consensual sex would have taken place following this same pattern, but where nobody actually vanished.
