Skype is toast. All I get is group spam from Skype anyway although I have used the Skype number service a little bit over the years.

Looks like teams has the ability to use e2ee if both parties configure it "the Microsoft way" lol. Skype was (maybe still is) wide-ass open. A friend lost $2k doing a business deal with a legitimate business. It looked to me like a MITM attack through Skype, unfortunately it was a wire transfer so it was out the door.
